Background

From South Florida to Denver

A South Florida native who moved to Denver, Chef Roilty trained in France, Italy and Thailand and cooked at the 3 Michelin-starred Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas.

He cooks with his team, including Veronica, bringing private dinners and cooking classes to homes and vacation rentals across Colorado.

Cannabis Cuisine and Teaching

He is a High Times Top Cannabis Chef, Secret Cup Champion and Connoisseur Cup winner, and contributed to the cannabis culinary curriculum at Metropolitan State University.

Westword named Dine with Roilty Best Cannabis Dinners and Best Cooking Classes in 2022 and Best Catering in 2024. He is an MJ Awards nominee for Best Culinary Cannabis Experience.
